The Cello Bench is designed and built in Austin, Texas by Minguell-McQuary, a husband and wife award-winning architecture and design firm.
Since its beginnings, the firm has focused on the integration of high quality design and fabrication. Through design-build they have been able to achieve first quality products, ranging from larger architectural projects to small furniture pieces.
Laura and Jose both share a passion for their work and constantly get inspiration from music, either from sitting as spectators in a concert hall, or by getting their hands on a piano or a cello.
The Cello Bench has been an opportunity to merge these two passions into one elegant and functional product.
